i have always admired cattle brands. turns out, my family lineage has had many brands; and i just love that. while i don’t have any cattle (yet), i realized that my brand is made up of the words i say, the things i am passionate about, the stuff i create. THAT is my brand.

for my day job, i work for the most amazing non-profit organization that supports the beef cattle industry. i spend my weekdays creating our state beef magazine, social media and other membership events. i was so blessed to be in this position after i interned there in the summer of 2022.

i love football, Koe Wetzel and my friends who have became family all over the country. i find joy in long car rides with my family, peach nehi in my favorite places, and political conversations with my dad. i also like to type in lowercase letters because i think it’s cuter that way, even though i am well aware that some may think it’s unprofessional.

i love finding the meaning + joys in smaller acts. i get to marry the cutest boy in september this year , and just cannot wait. i am a total patriot, and grew up listening to the sean hannity show with my dad in the truck. i am a firm believer that anything is possible with the grace of our Lord.

i founded EK Brand in hopes to inspire, encourage, and support those who crave to be different and are in pursuit of individuality. and i’ll end with this: start the business, try out for position, audition for the part. find what makes you, YOU and roll with it. be kind, do good, and keep it real.
